Telephoning Results
Home Clubs only must telephone in results as follows, reporting the Cup Circular Number, the Match Number, and the names of both the home and away sides, along with the score (at full-time, after extra time and on penalties, if applicable) to Mike Grimshaw on 020 8733 2613, option 1 (answerphone) or email to results@amateur-fa.com not later than Sunday noon.
Postponed/Incomplete Games
Telephone Trevor Syms (020 8360 3339) on the day, and Mike Grimshaw (020 8733 2613, option 1) no later than Sunday evening.
Club Result Cards
Both Clubs in each fixture must send in a completed Result Card, either by post (to Amateur Football Alliance, Unit 3, 7 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7SL) or by email (downloads on the right) to results@amateur-fa.com. Clubs are reminded that referee marks are given out of 100. For the AFA Senior Cup (only) a new 4-part form is being distributed to competing clubs.
Referees
Referees do not need to telephone in results, but are asked to send a referee's result form on the match, either by post or email as above.
