Business Planning Workshop for Clubs and Leagues
Running a club or league is no easy task and as the landscape of football is changing, we want to equip clubs and leagues with the knowledge and tools to be able to adapt for when the time arises.
We will be holding an online workshop, which will look business planning and cover core topics such as objectives, strategies, marketing and financial forecasts.
A business plan will help you to:
- clarify your business idea and how your club can expand
- spot potential problems before they arise
- set out your goals and measure your progress
