100 FC panel event - Journey into Coaching and Beyond

Amateur FA, London FA and Middlesex FA are pleased to invite all 100 FC coaches, and other coaches from across London, to join us for an evening with some inspirational women in football in our event 'Journey into Coaching and Beyond'. We will hear from current and former coaches on their inspirations for their coaching journeys, how they have got to where they are now and their advice to women in football. Our panelists include:

Chloe Morgan -
Chloe is the current number 1 goal keeper for Crystal Palace Women in the Women's Championship. Prior to this, she was with Tottenham Hotspur Women from 2014-2020, seeing them into their first year in the WSL. Chloe is also a goalkeeper coach for Goal Diggers FC, a womxn and non-binary club, based in London. Separate from football, Chloe is a full-time civil litigation lawyer for a London firm.

Rosie and Mollie Kmita -
Rosie has coached grassroots football, played professional football in the WSL, is a presenter on the WSL Warm Up show and most recently has set up Level 7 Academy.

Mollie has coached grassroots football, played football in the FA NWL, is a presenter for the WSL Warm Up show and MUTV and most recently has set up Level 7 Academy.

Lucy Pearson -
Lucy is the Director of FA Education having joined the FA in 2018. Her passions remain four-fold: education, young people, inclusion and the power of sport to positively influence lives.

Up until 2005, Lucy combined her teaching career with opening the bowling for England, twice winning the England Women’s Cricketer of the Year and playing more than 75 matches for her country. In 2017, she was appointed to the England and Wales Cricket Board as a non-executive Director; she has been involved in the Women’s and Girls’ game, currently overseeing the Women’s High-Performance Committee, the South Asian Engagement Strategy, Disability Cricket and Schools’ Cricket.

Hannah Duncan - Hannah is a UEFA B and FA Youth Award qualified coach, currently working in the Youth Development Phase on an FA Women’s National League Club. She also plays for Whyteleafe Women and is the editor of Women’s Soccer Coaching magazine.
