Introduction to Coaching football

FA Level 1 Introduction to First Aid

This course provides you with the knowledge, practical skills and confidence to attend a conscious or unconscious player, ensuring that appropriate care is given until the emergency medical services arrive and takeover, or until an alternative healthcare professional(s) assumes responsibility.

Safeguarding Children Course

Awarded by The FA, this short 3 hour course provides club representatives, coaches, referees and volunteers with an awareness of best practice in safeguarding children in football. The course supports The FA’s strategic goal to raise standards across the game.

England Football Learning is undertaking a review of our Futsal qualifications, and therefore we are not currently running courses. We are expecting new learning opportunities to be available from Spring 2022.

We adhere to strict policies for learners booking on courses and by enrolling onto our courses you agree to have read and agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.

Parental Consent Form

When enrolling on a course, if candidates are under 18 years of age, parental consent will need to be provided and sent to the Workforce Development Office. If parental consent is not given, the learner will not be able to attend the course.

Oversea Learners

If you are enrolling on our courses as an overseas learner, you may not be eligible for a refund if you decide to cancel a course. We do not help with supporting documentation for applications towards visas, accommodation and travel.

Safeguarding is everybody’s responsibility.

Recognising the important role you play in football, safeguarding training and awareness must be updated every three years. Those who have previously attended a Safeguarding Children Workshop will be able to take the free online recertification course. Instructions on how to access this are available below!
