Will Hoyle - London Marathon
Raising money for MacMillan and FortAlice
Will Hoyle, board and council member, chair of the Arthurian League, is running the 2019 London Marathon.
Will has said "On Saturday I will be supporting the Arthurian Leagues finals day at Merchant Taylors school before putting my feet up before the marathon on Sunday.
As a goalkeeper running was never my thing, and apart from the occasional parkrun I never did any really until last year.
I accidentally got a place in the ballot this year, my brother and I enter every year as I kind of masochistic roulette! Its not the sort of thing you can back down from and so far I've raised almost £1500 to be split between MacMillan and FortAlice, a charity in the north west that provides refuge for victims of domestic abuse."
The marathon takes place this Sunday 28th and we wish him the best of luck on the day!
