100 FC - Female Coaching Programme

We are excited to announce the launch of a cross-county coaching programme, backed by significant investment from Wembley National Stadium Trust (WNST).

In line with the FA’s national strategy for women’s and girls’ football, which aims to double participation by 2020, we are leading the drive regionally with a 3 year project to recruit and support 100 new female coaches per year by actively promoting a funded coaching pathway.

100 FC is a coaching pathway programme for females (16+) across London; coaches will be supported with their first steps in coaching and receive ongoing support (see infographic below and attached for further details). The programme aims to address the shortage of female coaches in the Capital and break down barriers experienced by women, by providing equal opportunities and giving female coaches the opportunity to flourish, in a safe and developmental coaching environment.

HOW TO GET INVOLVED:

If you are female, over 16 years of age and living or will coach in a London Borough then this is the perfect opportunity.
