We are getting a number of queries about forthcoming AFA county cup games and players having Covid-19.

The Amateur FA cup committee would like to draw your attention to the 20/21 Amateur FA Cup Rules, section 10F.

Please note that the Cup Committee has decided that for the 2020-2021 season, should any team be unable to fulfil a fixture due to it having participants who have returned a positive Covid-19 test, given the current pandemic situation, the team will be deemed to have withdrawn from the relevant AFA Cup competition with no penalty.

Please note the above relates only to adult male county cups.
