Please find below details of two upcoming online coaching CPD sessions taking place in May and June. 

May CPD workshop - Coaching in the Off Season

In this session we look at how we make the most of pre season training, including: 

- how we might combine technical and physical outcomes throughout the pre season 
- how we prepare our players to stay away injuries during this period
- the differences through the different ages and stages
- the role proper conditioning plays in preparing players for a return to football especially in these unusual times

June CPD workshop - Sharing Coaching Resources 

In this session, we look at how clubs might share coaching resources. The idea that in some clubs the coaching role might be shared around different people, especially if a team does not have a designated coach/manager. We will also look at how to plan for games if there is little or no training during the week.
