With the opportunities to play reduced this past season due to the pandemic, the Amateur Football Alliance have sought to provide an offer to clubs over the off-season.

In partnership with the London Playing Fields Foundation, we are offering a Summer 8v8 (July) and Pre-Season 11v11 (August) competition for both Open-Age and Veteran teams at Douglas Eyre Sports Centre (E17 7HE).

The 8-a-side competition will run for four weeks in July; with Open-Age playing Mondays and Veterans on Tuesdays. Matches will kick-off at 19:00 and 20:15 and be 30 minutes each way. Teams will play in a round-robin before a play-off week.

The 11-a-side competition will take place over 4 weeks in August, again with Open-Age on Mondays and Veterans on Tuesday in a round-robin league format. The 35 minute each way fixtures will start at 19:00 and 20:30.

If you would like to enter any of the competitions, please complete the registration form below before Wednesday 30^th June for the 8v8 competition and Wednesday 28^th July for the 11-a-side one.

The cost for an 8-a-side team is £212.50 and for an 11-a-side team it is £400. Initially entry is subject to one team per club, but if spaces allow multiple team entries will be permitted. Entries will be accepted on a first come, first served basis due to the capacities within each competition. All entries will need to have had their affiliation for 2021/22 completed before the competition commences. The affiliation window is now open.
