The Amateur FA is working closely with our Inclusion Advisory Group to ensure our football is representative of those involved in our community and everyone can participate in a safe and enjoyable environment.

To ensure football is for all, we are asking our stakeholders; including all our grassroots football participants, Amateur FA board and staff, to complete a short survey.

The survey will take no longer than ten minutes to complete and all those who do so, will be entered into a draw to win some great prizes, including Nike footballs, Discount Football Kit vouchers, Amazon vouchers and a Nike kit for your club!*

The information collected will help us develop our inclusion work and understand which groups and areas need support to tackle inequalities. We want to ensure everyone involved in football is treated fairly and has access to the football they want to see.

Please note, reference to participant or participating in this survey refers to all roles within the game: players, coaches, referees, administrators, etc.

Survey responses are anonymous and will not be passed onto any third parties. All data will be confidential.
